February 2, 2026 – A delegation of procurement clients from Bosnia and Herzegovina recently completed an official factory tour and comprehensive on-site machinery testing. Coordinated by export sales representative Victory Xie, this strategic visit marks a key step forward in strengthening trade relations and addressing the client's specific equipment needs.
The business relationship originally began last September with an initial inquiry received through Alibaba regarding road rollers. After the initial roller procurement plan was canceled by the buyer, the client shifted focus two months later to inquire about pipe layers. To help the client navigate their options, Victory Xie provided professional, detailed brand comparisons against various global and domestic competitors, including Komatsu, XCMG, LIUGONG, ZOOMLION, and SDLG.
Ultimately, the client narrowed their interest down to XCMG and SHANTUI, deciding to launch a China factory inspection tour to make a final decision. Since the client already had established partners at XCMG, Victory Xie successfully guided them to focus their visit on SHANTUI, meticulously arranging the specific itinerary, visiting schedule, and personnel for the factory reception.
During the factory visit, the clients conducted full on-site testing and rigorous inspections of the bulldozers and specialized machinery they were interested in. Following the successful tour, the SHANTUI team is currently preparing a new round of commercial quotations based on the clients' real-time feedback, actively pushing the export order toward finalization.
