On May 22, 2026, our sales representative, Aurora Guan, warmly welcomed a customer from Tanzania to discuss potential cooperation on wheel loaders and excavators.

Prior to the visit, Aurora made thorough preparations, including confirming the travel schedule, arranging accommodation, and preparing relevant product materials to ensure a smooth and productive meeting.

The customer relationship dates back to an inquiry received through Alibaba in 2023. The customer, a Tanzanian trader based in Guangzhou, had maintained regular communication with Aurora over the years. Although cooperation had not been achieved previously due to differences in payment terms, both sides stayed in close contact.

Recently, the customer informed us that an end user planned to visit China and inspect machinery factories. Aurora invited the customer to visit our company first to further discuss payment solutions before arranging a factory tour. During the visit, both parties held in-depth discussions on products and future cooperation opportunities.

Following the visit, Aurora promptly updated the quotation, continued order negotiations, and shared group photos with the customer, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.
